It depends on your starting point.

If you already have a website, Google Business Profile, and reviews — you may see leads relatively quickly.

If everything is new (no reviews, no promotion), it will take longer. A website alone doesn't generate traffic — which is why Smart Website includes review automation, messaging, and social tools.

Are there any additional costs outside the plan pricing?

Yes — there are a few additional costs you should be aware of.

Domain

If you already own a domain, there is no additional cost. We’ll simply ask you to update DNS settings.

If you don’t have a domain, you can purchase one yourself (we recommend popular providers like Namecheap, GoDaddy etc.), or we can register one for you directly through our system.
Typical .com domains start at around
$11/year, depending on availability.

Phone Number

A dedicated phone number for messaging typically costs around $1.50/month.

SMS Registration & Messaging Costs
If you use text messaging (which we strongly recommend), regulatory registration is required.
These are third-party compliance costs, not our fees:

One-time brand registration: approximately $68.05 (includes fast-track approval)

Monthly campaign fee: up to $12/month, depending on use case (lower for sole proprietors)

Usage-Based Costs

How long does the setup take?

After our alignment call and once we receive your onboarding details, setup typically takes 7–10 business days.

During this time, we may reach out with a few clarification questions to ensure everything is built correctly and tailored to your business.

Is an onboarding call required?

No.

You’ll receive clear written and video instructions that cover everything you need to get started. That said, if you have questions or want extra help, you can always reach out by email or schedule a short support call.

The goal is simple: you actually understand how to use the system to benefit your business — not just have access to it.

How do the pricing tiers differ?

Each plan is designed for a different stage of growth:

Can you migrate my existing website?

It depends on how your current website is built and what system it’s running on.

In most cases, we build your website on our system. This allows us to fully support it, take responsibility for performance, and ensure all features work reliably together. Older or heavily customized websites — especially outdated WordPress installations — often require ongoing technical maintenance and can cause unexpected issues.

That said, you have two practical options:

Option 1 – Rebuild using your existing content
If you want to keep your current text and images, we can migrate that content into a new website built on our system. This is the most common and recommended approach.

Option 2 – Integrate with your existing website
If your current website is more advanced, complex, or you’re very happy with how it looks, we can explore integrating our lead capture tools and system with it.
In this case, additional technical work may be required. Contact us with details about your website and your preferred approach, and we’ll review it and provide clear next steps.

Do you provide content or copywriting?

Yes.

When we build your website, we can create the core content based on the information you provide about your business, services, and service areas. If you already have existing copy, we can use and adapt it. If changes are needed later, you can simply tell us what you’d like updated.

For ongoing content such as blog posts or SEO-focused articles, we also offer content creation as part of more advanced SEO services. If you’re interested, contact us and let us know what type of content you need, how often, and your goals — we’ll prepare a tailored offer.

What is covered by the setup fee?

The setup fee covers the complete initial setup of your Smart Website system. This includes:

Building and launching your website

Applying your branding (logo, colors, basic styling)

How is support provided?

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel your plan:

You can export all of your leads and related data from the system into a file for future use.

If your domain is registered with another provider, you can simply update your DNS settings to point it elsewhere.

If you purchased your domain through us, you can transfer it to a different provider.

And just to clarify — all of your social media accounts, Google Business Profile, and collected reviews always remain yours. Nothing is ever taken away or locked. Our system simply helps you manage and grow them more effectively.

There’s no lock-in — your data and online presence stay under your control.

Do you offer multi-location or franchise pricing?

Yes.

For multi-location or franchise businesses, we offer bundled pricing and custom setups. Contact us and we’ll create a plan that fits your structure and growth goals.

Do you integrate with my existing CRM or tools?

In many cases — yes.

We can integrate with most popular CRMs, booking tools, and invoicing platforms using integration tools like Zapier or Make. If you’re not sure whether your current setup is compatible, just email us with the tools you’re using and we’ll confirm before moving forward.

What countries do you currently support?

At the moment, we support businesses in the United States and the United Kingdom.

This is mainly due to SMS and messaging compliance requirements, which vary by country. We want to ensure all messages sent on your behalf meet local carrier and regulatory standards.
